I placed an order at 3:30 pm asked for delivery did not arrive until 4:30. I ordered General Tso’s beef extra spicy. I went to eat the food it did not taste fresh. Looks old and brown and soggy. I called to let them know my food tasted old. The lady told me everything is fresh nothing is old. I then proceeded to tell them I understand the food is fresh but it taste old and I don’t know how many deliveries were in front of mine but this is the first time I had bad food from them. I will not spend anymore money at this place because the lady insisted the food was fresh and made it my problem the food was not good.

Good afternoon! My name is Melissa and I live in the area and I hear GREAT things about Empire Szechuan! Food is good but driver gave me alot of attitude because my roommate couldnt give him a tip he also stormed off cursing to himself definitely not ordering again lol

My husband and I order from here frequently. Today I ordered general sows shrimp and orange chicken. When they got to my house the coloring booked off and it looked like the orange dish was made for the shrimp and the general sows was the chicken. I’m a Pesca Terrian and don’t eat chicken so of course I was upset to get my order mixed up. On top of that I am severely allergic to orange. I don’t even normally allow anything with orange into the house but since it was Christmas Eve and it’s my husband‘s favorite I ordered it for him. I called up to try to find out what the issue was why it would’ve gotten mixed up explained my allergy, And basically was given no help. He told me it was the same sauce and to look for the orange peel which is so small you can barely see it. If I eat my shrimp and it happens to have the orange in it I will have a severe allergic reaction which will warrant an emergency room visit. I told the gentleman on the phone Matt- and he said sorry and that was the end of the conversation. Most horrible uncaring customer service I have ever received. I’ve worked in restaurants for a long time and allergies are my number one priority when taking care of my guests Health. I will never order from this restaurant again. You should be ashamed at how poorly a serious health matter was handled
